There are a lot of things that Google does besides just Search. If you know any good Google Tricks, hacks, etc, post them here!

Use Google as a Dictionary

If you don't know the meaning of a word, you can use Google to find out the definition for you. Google will get the definitions from different dictionaries and sources and display them all.

To get Google to define a word:
define:[word]

Use Google as a Calculator

Need a calculator? Google can do calculations for you!

To get Google to calculate something for you, type it into the search field
e.g.
1 + 1
23 * 4
10 / 2

Find out what Time it is anywhere in the world

Want to know what time it is in Adelaide right now? Google can tell you what time it is, anywhere in the world.

To find out what time it is:
time [place]

Conversions

Want to know how many Euros there are to the US Dollar? Need to find out how many bits are in kilobytes? Google can do lots of conversions for you (part of the calculator).

Examples:
60 AUD to USD—Converts 60 Australian Dollars to US Dollars
seconds in a year
bits in megabytes
grams to a pound
10 celsius in fahrenheit

Weather

Want to know what the weather is like somewhere in the world? Want to see the forecast? Google knows!

Just type in:
weather [place]

I use it as a spell check when I suspect Firefox's is wrong. Just type in something and see if it suggests another spelling.

It's useful for searching boards that don't have a decent search function *cough*phpbb*cough* using the site: parameter too.

Drag's Post #534
I use it as a dictionary, and a rudimentary spell checker.

I almost never need to use the calculator functions, though.

I like using the site: and inurl: functions for searching for things on a specific site.

Spellchecking is also very useful.

Aye, "site:" is very useful. Also "what time is it" when I'm too lazy to figure out timezones.

I guess I'm the only one who uses Google just as a search engine, no fancy tricks. (I rarely use Google for that either, as I rarely don't know where what I'm looking for is)
My Mac has most of that stuff built-in. (Dashboard)

I don't know why I put this here.
I guess I'm the only one who doesn't use Google and manages to find stuff without using many tricks at that.

*Shot repeatedly*

I don't use Google's in-built tools as well, although the site is my the homepage in all installed browsers. The only feature I use comes from Firefox itself:
When you highlight something and right-click it, there is an entry which allows you to search for that particular word/phrase/etc. in the currently selected (search) engine. In a new Firefox profile, you have that small search field right from the address bar, where you also can switch those pages or add something like Youtube and other ones.

Pretty neat for me, as I don't need to open up a new tab and copy that word into Google, but can do it nearly automatically.

ShareMiner, JFGI and elgooG.

One's like G2P, the other two are riots.
