A while back, I made a post asking for help hunting down some truly elusive e-Reader cards for F-Zero GP Legend. Turns out someone went and gathered them up, and got them archived about a year ago and I didn't see it. Whoops! Well, I eventually did see it, so I put together a ROM hack that incorporates all of the e-Reader content into every version of the game.

Here are the highlights:

All versions
• Time Attack and Training are now permanently unlocked
• Card e+ is now permanently added to Time Attack and Training
• All 20 e-Reader courses are available in the Card e+ cup
• Challenge ghosts are available on select courses
• Existing save files will automatically be migrated on first boot

Japanese version
• e-Reader exclusive machines are now available if they were still locked
• The e-Reader+ option has been removed from the Link menu

PAL version
• The Card e+ cup menu has been localized for each language

I've submitted this to RomHacking.net, where it's currently pending approval. But other submissions in the queue have been waiting since August, so there's no telling when it will actually go public. Instead, one of my associates, Matthew Green over at PressTheButtons.com, has posted an article on the hack complete with a download link. Until further notice, this will be the best place to snag it.
