Hebereke's Popoon has an unused song leftover in the sound test, the song was not heard in the proto, suggesting that it was cut early in the game's development, it could be heard here.
Hebereke's Popoon has 2 versions, the Japanese version, and the European version. the game never saw a release in the Americas unfortunately.

In the Japanese version, the Sunsoft logo had a pink background and looks more 3D.

In the European version, the Sunsoft logo was changed, it is now in a blue background and shines.

In the Japanese version, the "PUSH START" text was placed at the bottom of the logo in a thicker font.

In the European version, "PUSH START" was renamed to "PRESS START!" in a thinner font, and "LICENSED BY NINTENDO" was added at the bottom.

In the Japanese version, a Super Famicom controller appears at the top of the options, and the letters for the buttons use multiple colors.

In the European version, instead of changing the text in the controller, the controller was removed, possibly to make room for English text, and the letters for the buttons use a single color.
There was a prototype of Hebereke's Popoon purchased from a Japanese Yahoo! auction in 2013, the prototype is dated November 3rd, 1993, just a month before the game's Japanese release, you can visit the Hidden Palace article here.
The only known difference between the proto and the final game is that in the proto, losing a VS. match resets the game, while in the final game, losing a VS. match takes you to the VS. menu, likely to save time.

If the game detects it is played in the incorrect region, this error screen pops up, strangely enough, "designed" is misspelled as "desigined", it should have "and region lockout" at the end of the post's title, so the admins must rename it.
