Hello, today i decided to play Megaman Zero. I downloaded a rom and batgba emulator. I selected a rom. After developer and publisher company name unused title screen graphic appeared (this: https://tcrf.net/File:MMZtitlegraphic.png). Is this anti-piracy screen or emulator problems?

That'd be an emulator problem; the TCRF description says the graphic is used as part of rendering a visual effect
