| After doing some digging around with Rocky: Legends for PS2, I was able to find a Player 1 & Player 2 character modifier code using a Codebreaker. After finding the values for the base (normally selectable) characters, I managed to also find values that allow you to play as Rocky in his street clothing, Joe Zale in his street clothing, & Tommy Gunn in his track suit. These attires are only used in Career Mode & can't otherwise be accessed unless you use the modifier codes.
