| Sweet lord, I got $120 in tips today, so I went ahead and bought the Jetsons game anyway. You know, this new job, I figured that the games would pop into my collection quickly, but not THIS quick. Phew! I'm gonna go back to the drawing board now and sorta re-evaluate my list of which games to get next, as some of the information is vastly outdated that I have on my Google Docs file and I'm gonna keep track more of what games are really pricey rather recently as my "High Priority" list, and not my "Last Lowest Price Known". I originally got Operation Secret Storm too, but the first copy I got was chewed on so bad by a dog or something that it wouldn't even set in my NES, so I'm sending it back in the mail tomorrow. | So today I made an impromptu stop at a local game store and found they had copies of Shockwave and Deathbots! I used some store credit and got a pretty mint looking copy of Shockwave for $15. Due to it being the time I have to pay a lot of bills, I wasn't willing to splop down $25 for Deathbots, but if it's still there after I get my bills paid and stuff, I'll probably go back and try to get it if it's still there. Meanwhile, going after Pro Sport Hockey lately. I currently have $43 toward an eBay listing of $135 for that thing. Well I managed to get Pro Sport Hockey for the $135. Label intact, but some possible top label coming unglued in the future. Blech. Oh well, it still looks good enough.  I managed to pick up P'radikus Conflict for a mere $45 from the same guy I got Die Hard from. About a month ago, we traded eBay messages and he told me he had a copy of S.C.A.T. up for sale too. On a whim, after I bought P'radikus Conflict, I asked if he still had S.C.A.T. He said he did and he's selling it for $115! I told him I could do that and now I'm just waiting to hear back about how we're going to go through with this. I'm hoping to get both games at once.  Once that's set, I pretty much have a choice of games to get. Some with lots of listings, some with not a lot of listings. Gotta save up the next $100 for my choice of these: 1.) Nobunaga's Ambition II 2.) Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Hillsfar 3.) Swamp Thing 4.) Chiller 5.) Challenge of the Dragon Depending on how fast I can amass tip money, I'm thinking of getting Challenge of the Dragon next. It seems like a bit of a harder, yet attainable get. I'd personally rather go for Chiller, but I can't find any listings for it that are cart-only that aren't "Non-Working, For Parts" except for one where the label looks like total garbage. | Not only did I get Chiller, I also got Gabu's package on the same day! CIB Harlem Globetrotters, CIB The Rocketeer, and CIB Legends of the Diamond get! Then I went into a local store and bought Deathbots! Then I saved my tip money again and bought Nobunaga's Ambition II for $95! ...Then Castle of Deceit decided to pop up like, two hours after I bought Nobunaga's Ambition II because I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN...so I said "fuck you" and fronted myself the $90 for that too. | Picked up a few more games recently! I got Death Race for like, a STEAL at $25. Then I got Monster Truck Rally for $20, and NOW I just got Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade for about $107. Now that there's another catering person at my store, tips are gonna slow down a little bit, so I need to figure out tricks for the next $300 so I can nab Swamp Thing, AD&D: Hillsfar, and Challenge of the Dragon. | Hey Gabu! Hope you got your check! :3 --- Last week I bought Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (Ubisoft) after bartering it down to about $107.50. Came in, worked like a charm, and plays like a juicy fart. NEXT! While I was hanging out with Nicole too, I bought Terra Cresta at a game store for an amazingly low $25! The back label was ripped, but I don't care about back labels, only front ones! I almost bought AD&D: Pool of Radiance for $30, but the bottom of the front label had sticker-taking-off damage and I was disappoint because the upper half looked mint as fuck. I quietly bought Swamp Thing yesterday for $125...Canadian! Meaning I paid a bit less than $95. Got free shipping out of that too so whoo! --- NEXT UP! I'm saving up the next bit for either Hillsfar or Challenge of the Dragon, whichever I can get first (probably the latter, as there ain't many listings for it right now). | Found a copy of Cliffhanger on eBay that was not only in amazing condition, but was the ONLY one that didn't look like shit. And at $50, it was the cheapest NES listing.
