Like what ABXD has, basically an image tag that allows you to autoresize.

It'd probably use styling of width:100% and height:auto so that it fits all devices.

I find it annoying to see large images stretch out my iPhone's screen... :/

would it make more sense to have it be the normal img tag behavior, with max-width: 100%;, as opposed to a separate tag?
