Ahhh, yeah, that doesn't help either. I had a friend who was quite tall and had all sorts of trouble finding things to fit, which only compounded as she gained some weight.

I've started to idly consider making my own clothes, but I don't know where I'd do it in the house (everything has to be away from the toddler's reach) or even HOW to sew really. But then I'd be able to adjust things to fit my particular size and shape and oh god it really sounds so nice when I think about it. Except for that I don't know what I'm doing.

My dreams tend to either be terrible or absolute nonsense (possessing someone like a demon to go get treatment for tetanus in my actual body, greasing locks with marmalade to open them, suffocating by opening a box with "no air", i.e. vacuum inside). Good, halfway coherent ones seem to have mostly disappeared with age... Or I've just gotten worse at remembering them.

Last night I dreamed I started a combination cat café and baby play café.

The weird part was when I had to "seed" the café with my cat and my baby, to attract other cats and babies to the café. Because that's definitely how that would work.

I've been having unusually vivid dreams the past few days.

Today I dreamed about a spaceship simulator, which you could go in in real life with four people. It had several rooms but was pretty cramped, but I'm sure it would be super fun. Sort of like an escape room.

Then I dreamed about travel, I think I was somewhere in Germany but the map didn't look like it, and I was going to reach a train station. But I couldn't be bothered to buy a ticket so I was gonna walk, about 45 minutes. Then Google Maps started offering me that random people pick me up. And the messages got more specific like, person x is just doing a right turn and they share your destination, and then it even spoke to me directly like, you switched apps, was that a yes? And I didn't mean to take this on, but one person actually stopped for me so I entered their van and turns out they're fun people headed for the same destination, I think some furries too.

Couple of nights ago, I had a dream that I was the thing in my avatar, and that I was in some kind of an adventure with two humans, and I was their team pet.

The art style was even anime-esque.

Kind of disappointed I didn't learn further about the plot. But the female team member needed rescuing from some sort of a trap, soo...

Dreams are fucking awesome, I practice controlled dreamstates and have spent prolonged time in ridiculous places, honestly, anything can happen there, I smoked weed in a dream and actually felt it!

Another one I actually was Cirno and could fly, it was a random dream though that was not planned but I woke up feeling very happy!

I plan to try a nicotine patch for sleeping as it is said to provoke the most realisticly sober mindset while dreaming giving the ability for 100% control, that sounds interesting imho.

The other night I dreamed that my test forum was infiltrated by hackers, and the MySQL database was corrupted with unicode garbage.


I've never been able to control my dreams, always something I've wanted to do though.

I dreamt about wanting to buy a NAS for the apartment, so that we all had a shared place to dump files and backups. I might end up looking into that one way or another.

There were some other parts of the dream but they aren't as easy to write down.

In news unrelated to dreams, today I spent the afternoon visiting a castle/museum (which is something I don't do very often).

It offered a pretty high up view for sure; perfect for taking pictures. And so I ended up with 260MB worth of pictures.

Sounds like a lot, until you realize that cameras these days take huge pictures. Even more if you're a total dork and use RAWs ...

As for people who are barely around, yeah, that's... always fun. There are a handful of people that I used to know but haven't seen in years, or people who showed up once for a few days and then disappeared. Sometimes I wonder what happened to them and where they are now.



As for me, one "nice" thing about bugging Acmlm to put on the kitty cam is that you get to see when the sun starts coming up. It's really nice because then you go "oh jesus it's 4 something in the morning here I should have been sleeping hours ago"

At least I'm off today.
