The rice with chicken and beans looks good. I should figure out how to make that. Is there a recipe? It looks good for the little one (and everyone else in the family) to eat.

Stir often. Once there's visibly more rice than liquid on the pot (ie most of the liquid drained, but it's still quite soupy), cover the pot and lower the heat to low. Stir every 10 minutes, keep the pot covered after stirring. Should be done after 30-40 minutes. |

You can find the culantro in Asian supermarkets if they sell Vietnamese things too. Vietnamese people sometimes add culantro (ngò gai) to pho. They're not super important (although the culantro does affect the taste fairly noticeably) if you can't find them though! I used to not use either because I couldn't find them before. |

| Overnight oats. It's like oatmeal that you mix cold and refrigerate overnight.
This one has rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, pecans and banana. 
It looks kinda weird in a photo but it looks better IRL and also it tastes real good. |
