i’ve thinking a lot about ways to make my life better, lately, in small ways.
one of my favorite ways i’ve improved my life is by remembering the importance of frozen food. 「what」 you might be asking, 「frozen food ??」 the power of a freezer for retaining the positive qualities of food cannot be underestimated. how may a freezer be harnessed for this purpose then? for example, when i cook rice, i’ll make more than i can eat and saran wrap the leftovers, portion-sized, and store it in a tupperware container in the freezer for later consumption. because the rice is frozen, the moisture stays in the rice instead of condensing onto the lid like it does when you refrigerate it. other foods work like this too, so you can make tons of fried chicken and enjoy it over the course of the month rather than for six meals in a row, fearing it going bad. so tl;dr, my life hack is freeze your leftovers! anyway, it’s time for you to share ways you’ve made your life more convenient, for the benefit of the other members of this forum. let’s hear it. ____________________ sofi t · sc · tw · ig |
