I haven't actually watched a whole WWE event in probably close to 15 years. It's fun to watch some of the clips but the camera work is just horrendous these days. It feels like it's nothing but smash zoom, shakycam, rapid cuts, and like the camera operators are mimicking the moves as they happen. Today while orgazing a bunch of stuff on my PC, CCleaner found and cleaned a total of 1GB worth of cached files alone. Holy macaroni and cheese, how the hell did I have that much cache??? I simply can't, I don't understand. Has it been accumulating this entire time? Did Vivaldi never actually clear it properly or something??

Despite being pretty firmly in the "I like the way Paper Mario was before Sticker Star" camp, I find that pretty incredible for all the wrong reasons. Good grief.
I guess I admire them for actually taking the (quite extensive) time and effort to make something they enjoyed rather than just complain about the game that existed, but it does feel like a strange thing to make a labor of love out of a game they seemingly didn't really like all that much. ____________________ layout by Sofi. |
