So yeah, how do you view threads? When it's just a couple of posts, I usually view them from newreply, but I also use thread.php when there's more than three or four posts.

The only time I'll use the thread list in newreply is if I want to double-check what someone said... Otherwise, thread.php all the way.

Standard method is thread.php, so I go that way. Sometimes, though, I find posts I missed OR that generated after the last page load...I find posts after I've hit New Reply.

I always view a thread through thread.php, however, when I make a reply I review the last reply through newreply.php should I forget the latest one.

On this 56K it's usually better if I hit new reply in longer threads. Usually, though, I load the the thread. If it gets ridiculously image-prone or laggy, then NR gets pressed.

I always view new replies using thread.php. Mainly because I read threads and forgot the other posts before it, I'm not going to reply to them, and because I'm too lazy to click "New Reply".

Well, I read threads the normal way.

Also, polls filter all html, you don't need <z>.

Normally, thread.php. However, occasionally I run into issues with broken images and such screwing up a post layout (more an issue elsewhere than it is here), so I use newreply occasionally.

Somewhat old wintery layout!
----------------------------------------------------

If it's a link from tina, then I read it via thread.php

USUALLY if Im browsing, it's newreply (unless it is a short thread, then I use thread.php)

Uh... yeah, that's basically it...

Always thread.php, even if it's just one post, I don't like to open newreply, unless I'm going to reply. I will use the posts in newreply to make sure I wasn't mistaken, but I would never use it just to browse the thread.

I don't know why I put this here.
Thread.php at all times. Newreply is only in the freakish event the thread cannot be loaded in thread.php. Hence... that's how I do it.

Thread.php
I always read through the thread before hitting new reply.

If it's a few posts long, I'll just read the thread. More often than not, I go to newreply.
