For future refrence, she needs to disable the auto-complete thing, or at least clear it. (Tools -> Clear Private Data -> Saved Forms and Search History)
Another option is Tools -> Options -> Security -> Remember passwords for sites (disable it).

It's a common problem. Firefox overwirtes forms even when they're auto-filled, and doesn't update them if you replace them (so it always uses the wrong data even if you try to correct it)... this is a bad problem all over, since when Firefox was first popular, it would overwrite users via EditUser (since it'd autofill forms, again). It ceased to be a big problem when people started turning that "feature" off.

I do, and it's useful when I need to use an alternate account.

And there are several people who post while logged out. It's useful to do when you're not on a home computer (e.g., school, friend's, whatever).
