the best pizza i had recently was the QUATTRO FORMAGGI at Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana in Chestnut Hill, MA. this pizza had crushed Italian tomatoes, mozzarella, asiago, goat cheese, and pecorino with olive oil and basil.
honestly, a pretty mediocre "fast casual" joint by east coast standards—one of those chains w/ like ten locations in the Northeast—but it knocked the socks off anything i ever had in Seattle.
sigh, the pizza here is pretty bad.
anyway, those toppings above a good pizza make.
