Speaking of...

Sleep patterns are quite odd lately for me. This is the third time this week waking up different times of the day with no understanding why it's happening. Being a light sleeper doesn't help things either.

I miss sleep.

In other news, I keep thinking of this poem, The Chaos by Gerard Nolst Trenité. Apparently it's printed, in full, on the back of the toilet door at my husband's work, and he mentioned it to me, and I've had parts of the poem kinda earworming ever since.

I'm a native English speaker and I mispronounce shit all the time. Mostly because I've learned it by reading. I don't even know how people manage when their first language isn't English.

You know when you have a game from your childhood that you remember being great and then you go look up a video of it to remember how it was and it ended up being terrible?

Ice Cream Tycoon Deluxe.

The game's main gameplay isn't that bad, but it gets repetitive quickly and it's rather mediocre. I heard it's like Lemonade Tycoon (which I never played), but worse. The UI is just awful, and everything in it feels unpolished. Other games that mix the aspect of building something and managing it financially, such as Rollercoaster Tycoon 2, Railroad Tycoon 3 and SimCity do it many times better than this one does. I guess for being such a cheap game, trying to quickly gain as much money as possible by using "Tycoon" in its title, it does it's job well???

There's a bunch of games I'd like to revisit, but this is one that I'd rather prefer if it stayed in the past.
