Well, for awhile we went to a party at my mother's friends house- unfortunately their family has kind of fallen apart, so they won't be having a party this year...

I don't think I'm doing anything (well, I plan on staying up...)... my parents are going off to a party the day before.

Going to friends, the usual drinking stuff, along with fitting games like Singstar, and (probably) going into the city centre here in Berlin, to see some awesome fireworks at the Brandenburg Gate

The rest depends on certain people coming or not. If yes, we'll be going to spend hours in Skat, a German card game - need to improve my statistics a little bit, as I had not too many opportunities to practice it this year.

This year for newyears, I'll be doing the same thing as Christmas(Visiting family, eating TONS of food, etc.). So it wouldn't too diffrent as far as celebration wise. However, some years it'll vary depending on if my family is in the getting together mood.
