For me it's definitely eggs. I eat 2 eggs for breakfast almost every day. Always scrambled and with onions. Sometimes with a slice of cheese. Sometimes with a bit of sausage or bacon. But always eggs.

Feel free to pick multiple choices!

I have basically always skipped breakfast since my sophomore year of college :p (Except Marion makes me large breakfasts on the weekends sometimes, but it's late enough that I'll count that as lunch)

Sometimes I have a protein drink?

I don't fit the poll

In France we typically eat croissants for breakfast, or similar things. Sometimes brioche or other fancy things. Bread with butter and jam is common too.

On weekends, my parents typically bought croissants and some other shit from the local bakery (until it fell to capitalism). Weekday breakfasts were more boring, eating whatever was available and remotely breakfast-y.

It's mostly the same deal now that I live on my own, except I don't eat breakfast on weekends.

Working so early (~3:30 AM) means breakfast usually gets skipped first thing. Working in a bakery means there's no shortage of food for breakfast later on though? It's not exactly a healthy lifestyle...

Protein power

My breakfasts are... uh... hm. I skip most of them, unless I'm stuck at home for a bit before work, when I usually either have a pair of hot pockets or a lunchables. Neither of them are exactly breakfast food, but

On days off I usually wake up way too late for breakfast (1-2 PM), but sometimes I'll go out to a local place called Omelette House and have... an omelette

I usually don't get up early enough to have more than a cup of coffee, but when I do, I go for cereal.

For some reason, I prefer bland cereals. Grape-Nuts (or the local generic equivalent) is my current favorite, but shredded wheat and bran flakes are nice from time to time.

Frosted Mini Wheats and Raisin Bran are good, though I don't really have cereal. Which is a shame, because we keep buying it.

I haven't had breakfast since I started my job a month ago, and before that, very rarely. About the most I have is a smoothie mixed with banana, pineapple and yerba mate... so I guess that counts for both food and caffiene.

When I actually do have breakfast, it's usually cereal, my pick being the Honey Bunches of Oats with the freeze dried strawberries. I like breakfast food... I just don't like to eat in the morning.

hell yeah

soft boiled eggs x 2 + nesquik for that Go Power on weekends, plus it's stupid fast and takes nearly 0 effort

for workdays though, the office has free breakfast (usually some sort of sausage + scrambled eggs + fruit + daily special), so I just chug some nesquik and then bike on over

I do the same sometimes but with mayo-ketchup instead of salsa / sour cream.

I generally will have breakfast in the weekends though. Pancakes, french toast or eggs is where it's at.

I alternate a lot nowadays; at the minimum, I'd get a bowl of cereal and a breakfast pastry. Other times I'll eat a breakfast burrito, others biscuits and gravy, and others still a bagel and muffin.

The only thing that is a universal constant though is coffee, but I doubt coffee in of itself is a breakfast food.

also waking up an extra 10 or 15 minutes earlier is fine, you get a ton of more time to get ready and you lose barely any sleep!

I'm jealous of you so much, out office is lucky if we get bagels once a month It's so much nicer when they provide even something small.

Maybe if the damn fridge at work wasn't constantly full of shit

I'm usually stuck with Weetabix and when there isn't any its plain toast, aka a choice between two of the most boring breakfasts ever lol.

I used to skip breakfast more often than not, but nowadays I usually eat different kinds of pastry for breakfast (mostly because this is what we have around here).

Oh man, this is going to be embarrassing... I uhh... If I eat breakfast, it's total crap. The gas station I go to has these weird cheesy hash brown things that are the worst kind of garbage. I can't resist them, so I try not to stop there often. I usually forego breakfast, but if I feel the need, I keep a box of FiberOne bars at my desk. I want to be better but I'm not.

That's certainly one way to handle it. I'd need crack down on my sleep schedule.

The only time I think I've had a real breakfast before work is when it's a travel day. Travel days are long and beat the hell out of me. As such, I put the effort in to having a real meal.
