E.L.Fudge cookies. I like them too much.

Not the double-stuffed kind, the originals.

So guys, I had the most delicious katsu curry recently. In Chicago of all places! I can find it here in DC too but it's not quite as good, and it tends to be more expensive!

This is what I had today. The rice was delicious, it had some bacon and kielbasa sausage in there though so a bit greasy but very delicious. The macaroni salad has mayo, eggs, roasted peppers, and spam in it. The pork on the left is shredded roast pork (pernil)

Christmas meal at my dad's side of the family, so ... tortilla chips, 7 layer bean dip, and what is apparently known here as "funeral potatoes", which I can only assume is some bizarre Mormon thing.

I made beef stew with rice. It was very very good, but next time I'll probably use a cut of beef with more fat in it Fat is good.

Ham sandwich. Why not. Probably better than salami/bologna/pepperoni sandwiches.

And a Danone YoCrunch.

At least it's not avocado bread, or you'd never be able to afford a house.

wow it's been a while huh

I had a chef salad today from WinCo. Hard-boiled egg, some turkey and cheese, ranch dressing. It was enough.
