This game was made for the Something Awful Game Jam of 2014. The theme was Public Access TV and it was one of my most polished games. You take on the role of a public access channel owner who wants to make it big with their own shows. Earn the big million to win the game.

It's another ~gamejam~

I'm done, I had to cut non-public domain music and voiced lines in the final scene. Mihaizetta did an amazing job though, and I'm hopping to make a post-game patch with the cut content added.

So I downloaded and played Pzzl, I was about to write some complaints about it but then I figured out the main puzzel of the game. :p

Somewhat interesting I must admit, even if it wasn't quite what I expected.

Life is Simply Unfair: AfterJam Version

* The test is more fair.
* Cut character reaction sounds for test readded
* Fixed bug with Chance Time always giving D20
* Icon shows if you have a roll effect active
* Added reactions to end of test screen.
* Show how many correct on test screen
* Made ending with zero stress more worthwhile
* Made ending with less than 30 stress better.
* Grades less than "A" give answers to questions.
* New music by Willfor for game board

Playing The Game

download
Windows: Run sHexEx.exe
Mac/Linux: Launch sHexEx.love though your love2D package.

Default Controls:
Arrows Keys - Move
X - Cancel
Z - Confirm
C - Menu (Middle) Button

No controller support, sorry. Please consider using JoytoKey.

Story:
Your Mom has bought you a new retro game mini console, but she bought you a Bootleg
version, *oh no!* Since you are bored, you might as well play each game.

Beat all 8 games to unlock the 9th game.

Help:
You can exit any game with the Menu Button.

You can press the Menu Button on the game list to configure the game and see credits.

You can press F1 to reset controls to default.

Cheats:
Press ~ to unlock all games.
