| Is there a reliable method of doing this conversion? I need to do it for a hacked (translation) version of Majora's Mask. Any help?

| You can install an N64 emulator on your wii and play the rom on that
AFAIK no one has found a way to play roms via VC |

| If i remember correctly VC channels are essentially mini emulators. I heard its possible to dump a VC and then replace the game inside using a Hex Editor. There was a tutorial online somewhere, i suggest searching something like 'Inject N64 roms into Wii VC'. |

| All you need to do is to get an existing WAD, extract the files, compress your .z64 N64 ROM with romc (http://puu.sh/drAsY/ce1bddb73c.zip, command-line usage: "romc e file1 file2"), replace the one in the extracted WAD files with your compressed one, recompile the WAD and then install it on your Wii. ____________________ The more I type, the less gooder it sounds does. |
