While looking around the game files, I found some unused stuff.
The most interesting ones are the following:
- the .rsf used when the game was built for the release (MGS3D_Release.rsf);
- an unused moflex video (I think, since it's the only one left from the "mvmovietable" file, which lists all the used moflex files) (m680_050_m010.moflex);
- a few dummy sounds (01dummy.acb , 02dummy.acb , 03dummy.acb);
- a few debug models and a test stage;
- some test buttons (test_button.la2, test_radio.la2, test_map.la2);
- a debug mode (it was written in japanese, so it was a bit hard to find) (option.la2).

If you want more info about something or to just analyze a file, just ask me and I'll try to help you

EDIT: found a lot of debug models, and all of them uses the .shbin format (a very well documented format on 3dbrew actually).

Gericom's MobiclipDecoder can view moflex videos. Another way to view them may be file replacing.

Just watched all of them. I'll start playing the game and see if other files are unused.
