The only one I have in mind is the final boss music in Karoshi 2.

It's... somewhat unfitting for the "final" boss(es), but the game is wierd anyway so I guess it fits well (?).

Imagine you're SEGA at the turn of the millennium, you're working on a nice game about grafitti, and you want to include a bunch of excellent licensed tracks. You end up adding, alongside numerous other tracks that fit the game, a song about your main competitors mascot.

Somehow, absolutely no one at SEGA caught the sheer insanity of doing that, and even included it in the HD port.

There's also Birthday Cake, which is both Awful and WTF. Presumably designed specifically to force you to mute the TV until it ends, it's ABSURDLY LOUD COMPARED TO EVERY OTHER TRACK IN THE GAME, and features some incredibly bizzare lyrics.

This is one of my favourites.

Well...Japan does have a lot of crazy things either way, but I just happen to have found one in one of my favourite series of games! Seriously. A Train Simulator that's not only difficult (VERY VERY DIFFICULT) but also very fun to play and very not boring unlike a lot of other Train Simulators out there. Of course, it's only fun to play if you actually know what you're doing. Oh...should probably talk about the music, well, just listen to it, that's probably easier.

EDIT: Well...quite sincerely I think that The New Tetris' soundtrack is a better option than a single music clip from a random japanese game.

JSRF is actually one of my favorite games ever, mostly because of the soundtrack. Although when I first played it I absolutely hated this song. But when I've replayed recently it's quickly become one of my favorite songs on the soundtrack, especially the uncensored version.

I see your Densha De Go! and raise you Train Simulator REAL: The Keihin Electric Express. They remixed the Keikyu 2000 series EMU's "do-re-mi" inverter motor sound for the opening music.
