Hello, Hiccup. The Marathon prototype was added to the wiki a long time ago. It's somewhat unfinished though, but I suspect it uses many of the same file formats as Pathways into Darkness.
The Fallout demo is already covered on the wiki, although it is a little odd in terms of organization.

Upon initial release in the US, 999 had the title of 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors. At that time, it was a standalone game with no sequels planned.
When Virtue's Last Reward (VLR) was released, both games were placed into the Zero Escape series. Around that time, the box art for 999 was changed. Along with the change was a new label that wasn't there before that says Volume 1: Zero Escape. VLR also has a similar label saying Volume 2: Zero Escape.
Despite the official box covers saying 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors and Virtue's Last Reward, Aksys wanted to make it clearer that the games were linked together so sometimes the games are called by the name of:
Zero Escape: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors
Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward

No, I'd ignore the large nines. The logic here is that the large nines are sort of extensions of the small nines, not things by themselves.
