From what I know of, the executable editing has became rare and no new offsets and codes have been posted lately. It seems like Sonic Heroes hackers don't frequently edit the said file to change what the game does and the model appearances. I've looked into the executable after finding the color codes for the team power effects on the gamecube version. When I edited them, I change the codes to like these and here are 2 examples:
It has come to the point where the blend codes need to be found in the game's source code and what exactly controls it for an object like the key for the castle stages:
