I still use Windows 95.
Not on this computer, on Compy 386 and Lappy 486. | You should get someone to make a little wee one to sit on top of 'is... moogle ball thing. It'd probably be rather easier to do than trying to make one to 'fit' on his head. I suppose that either way, compared to the picture, it'll be somewhat different in style. But! It'd be cute. :3
