Also in case you guys don’t know and are trying to get your CSS working as well, you need to use

Also at the time of this writing, Dropbox appears to randomly slow down. Great. Just when I got this working…

EDIT: Updated post background to Base64 code so it’s inline and won’t not load anymore. I doubt I can do that with my mood avatars…

The sigsize page only takes text in account, so by not having any external images your layout gets a little overrepresented there.
