I'm looking for the offsets that control the object's blend mode, culling and the Z mode (which is a type of shader that is for the water). These are located in the .rel files which load their objects with their parameter flags that cause the game to execute the code parameters given to the object. I found the object parameters that are within the objects such as the teleporter's glow brightness begin and end, the spin speed and the others, but I haven't found the blend mode params yet in the .rel file and these codes are somewhere in that file of stage11D.rel assigned to a certain object. I messed with the GXSetBlendMode and I got this:
That function turned off all the object blend modes and could cause the background to be white if the blend mode is set to an additive state.
