OK, so I used Watto's Game Extractor on the Incredibles Movie Game's .HIP and .HOP files, and I found alot of stuff.
How do I open these kinds of files?
DASH_BigRig_By_01.WAV.snds
file_cabinet.modl
hench_club_run.anm.anim
snds files
dest files
rwtx files
snd files
shrp files
The file names I mentioned are in the OM Folder of the game.
I might find more filenames. But if anyone can supply me more programs for opening the files for this game so I can explore for unused content PLEASE let me know.

EDIT: Nope, Watto Game Extractor exports files, but I don't know WHERE it goes.
It's kinda weird. You have to specify the directory to extract files into in the "Extract files" box (you can paste a path from Explorer into here) then press the first button on the right to extract the selected files or the second button to extract all the files.

Could be, but this game uses the Renderware engine so it might be a shared library of sorts.
