So, without known Korean events...
Are their Action Replay codes to obtain Mew & Celebi or can somebody help me with that (such as a wild Pokemon modifier)? Edit: Traded from an English game for the time being. Have a look.

| I think the event enabling the Time Machine was removed from Korean Gold & Silver.
Bill is supposed to talk to you as soon as you enter the Pokemon Center in Ecruteak. I just spent about 3 hours playing Korean Gold, without being able to read a letter of Korean, to reach that point and nothing. Just to make sure I went back to Bill's family or whatever in Goldenrod, then came back to Ecruteak. Nothing. I can upload the save (bgb) if you'd like. |

It's fine. I'm just trying to avoid unnecessary speculation.
Related to this, I'd added in a to-do that Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Omanyte, Omastar, Kabuto, Kabutops, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Mewtwo, may also also unobtainable. But it'd be bad form to add to the article with insufficient evidence. |

| Pokemon Gold Korean Save file
Maybe it wouldn't work as proof the Bill event never happened. But due to the 24-hour waiting period in the other versions, it might be detectable if (I assume) the Time Machine remains unavailable. The Kanto-only Pokemon probably would remain unobtainable, though at least the Kanto starter line should still be visible as I believe they're all used at some point by other trainers. I think the fossils might have all been used at some point too. |

Yeah they'll need to be indicated which ones are only in trainer battles, or never appear.
