well i check out the page on it and noticed the regional differences
and i found that the portraits of the E/U and Japanese characters are there for the most part
and some of the characters remain kind of
Bibby, Bub and Sayo are of course overwritten completely with Yogi, Boo Boo and Cindy bear
out of the six others only 3 made it though the hack that was the localization and bastardization of this game
include extra characters in character select screen

yeah it was a bit of a surprised to see Dexter and Dee Dee
i'm trying a few things to get the faces back together, but i've had slim to no luck so far

lol yeah the sprites included in the game for Dee Dee don't look the best probably one of the reasons why it was cut
i do like how Dexter looks though
