I've only been to China (and Hong Kong but that counts as China) and the thing I liked the most about China was how good the food was Especially in Southern China; the food was just amazing. Here's a sample from one of my breakfasts in Guangzhou:

And a bonus picture from Hong Kong!

If you haven't traveled abroad you can still mention something you liked about a place you visited!

The only foreign country that I have traveled to is the United States, which is cool, although I really want to go overseas someday, especially to Japan. The problem is that the cost of flying is pretty ridiculous, and vacations overall just aren't cheap. After I graduate from University I'll probably put some time aside and try to do a bit of exploring, so I'm looking forward to that.

I've been to Ireland for a week this April. It was basically a somewhat long school trip, where you had to go to a special school for foreigners.

The same can't said for a trip to Austria done in 2008 IIRC, as it only lasted for one day and I didn't have to do much there.

I've been to the US. I've been to some parts of Canada that are far enough from civilization (or a Tim Horton's) that there are signs for diners in Ukrainian (no really, wish I had gotten a picture of that when I passed by it on a road trip).

Most exciting was Maui, second most was Las Vegas (couldn't drink or gamble, but damn there are some amazing things to see there regardless).

I've only been to 11 US states, rather than outside the US. Given that they're all different though, I guess they count as something, right?

(They are: Montana, California, Nevada, Wyoming, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Nebraska.)

Other than the US, I've been to:

- Bahamas
- Canada
- Denmark
- Estonia
- Finland
- Germany
- Jamaica
- Netherlands
- Norway
- Russia
- Sweden

I haven't spent as much time in most of those as I would have liked to, but oh well. I don't remember how many US states I've been in but it's probably fewer than that by now.

If you count simply passing through, then five of those states make it on my list of 'visited places'.

More or less, probably every state in-between California and Illinois, though I've gone through some of them so many times that I might as well put them on the list of visited places. I mean, at the very least traveling through certain states, after a while, I can't help but get a general feeling of what various stops/states/regions feel like.

I did go to Washington DC for a school field trip once, and sometimes I travel over to Valpo, Indiana to visit siblings and relatives.

The full list would be Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and Nevada

I've been to Canada a handful of times but that's really it.

I'd love to hit England and Japan someday but the way my money's going... :/

Sadly, I've never left the US. If I ever do go to another country, it will probably be Canada.

I've visited the US, Canary Islands and Sweden. I'm hoping to travel to the US again someday, I only visited Florida and would love to see more of the country. I'd also like to visit some other countries that hold Jul - people in them
