I've been here for a while, working on finding FFXIII unused stuff.
I've dumped this japanese text from memory that describes the Seventh Ark debug menu, of an unused DLC in the game that is broken. It would be nice to have an accurate translation as it seems to describe the order of events and inner workings of this unused area.

New Super Mario Bros. 2
Hidden Japanese writing on tiles in the blocks, pipes, coins etc tileset. Some of these are invisible blocks.
Sorry about the quality - they used very lossy compression unlike the other games  .

Would "you can't play this" work for the last line as well? Both the 1-player and 2-player choices take you directly to Stage Clear and 2P Vs. modes respectively, and I suspect that text might have been for the other (inaccessible) game modes before the menus were removed entirely.

It looks like 無 to me. "Hit without SE"?
That's the most plausible choice. I thought of others, but again, it's pretty tiny.

This is from the New Super Mario Bros. edition of the Nintendo Offical Magazine.
手塚：じつは今回のキャラクターは『スーパーマリオ64ＤＳ』で使われた3Dモデルを参考に使っています。ただ、2Dの背景と3Dのキャラクターをどのようにマッチさせるかは試行錯誤をくり返しました。
蔭山：例えば、木1本の表現にしてもリアルにドットで描くと手前にあるキャラとの比較でどうしても少しパサついた感じになってしまう。3Dのキャラクターが手前にいて、それに合う背景というのはドットらしいドットではなくて、もっと質感を大事にしたものじゃないかと。
I think it is the only interesting bit about the game development; judging from Google Translate.

Anyone want to translate these tiles from Valtric? I think they're supposed to be names. Just in case they are, N.Yamaguchi and E.Origami are responsible for the "Char Design" what includes graphics.

They do indeed translate to "Yamaguchi" (山口 ) and "Origami" (折上 ) respectively. So yes, they are surnames.

The translation of the last sentence is a little bit off. The last sentence is one single sentence with two relative clauses embedded. [添加異物の一切入っていない]お子様[にも安心知って出せる]お菓子です。
So that would literally be "A candy THAT is also known to be safely able to be given to children THAT contains absolutely no additives". A smoother version would be more like, "Valtric is a candy that can be safely given to children that contains absolutely no additives.
