For some reason, I just decided to wiki Cool Whip and on it was a link to the an article the says consumers are paying 41 cents an ounce for water and air. So, do you like cool whip (artificial) or the real thing, or neither

I have never heard of it before, but I always like "the real thing" better than these kinds of things. I like whipping cream too. I put a little bit of cinnamon in as well, it's good.

Even though it has been a long time since I last ate whipped cream, I would have to say I like Cool Whip .
It's the only whipped cream I've ever eaten.

Anyways, coolwhip is okay. Theres a few select brands that are generally more fluffy and more awesome than coolwhip though. (Local brands)

Nothing tops pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving with a big-ass dab of whipped cream on top.

YES. Aside, I much prefer normal whipped cream, false stuff never sits well with me. Like aspartame leaves an aftertaste, coolwhip just doesn't feel right.

Real whipped cream also does not come in a can.

Real whipped cream is made by getting thickened cream, real cream... the actual dairy product... preferably a heavy cream, and whipping it with some confectioner's sugar. A little vanilla or cinnamon in it is really yummy. I don't believe in this "Cool Whip" or this cream in a can crap.

I always make my own whipped cream with the cream and vanilla. And it's always tastier than Cool Whip. Especially on pies. :p
