I feel like i've brought this up before, but apparently all of the Mac Marathon games are supposed to support AR headsets, or at least a certain type... Though I don't know how many mac ar headsets were made in the mid-'90s, it makes me rather curious about whether or not headsets would actually work with it, or if there's just potentially unused stuff about it...
ALSO: at 1:20 in this video the host shows a couple of programmers testing an AR game over netplay... huh...

Downloading malware feels like the best thing since sliced bread, and it is. It's fun staying hours to classificate an endless wave of samples, finishing only when Cryptolocker will be cracked.
In other words, it takes a lot of time.

Ah, great. All the laundry machines are out of order, so I can't do my washing. So I've either got to lug the bag around with me through Uni, or waste an extra half-hour to go pick it up from my flat before heading home. Ugh.

Been unusually irritable all day. Then I saw that someone from Epic Games followed me on Twitter and now there's a mental "EEEEEEEEEEEE" running through my head.
I've also got 6 game ideas (3 original, 3 fangames (well, 4, if you count a Game Grumps game as a fan game)) and I know that doing one will make the next 5 better because I'll learn, then the second will make the remaining 4 better and so on. The trouble is, which one do I grab first? I'm inclined to put the 3 originals last because they're more likely to be popular if I can actually do it well, but I also want to do the fangames well too, considering that one is Zelda and one is Metroid. Ugh, stuck.

It's always surprising to see someone you've seen on a site you frequent (in this case, Jul) and see them somewhere else. Especially if you didn't know they had the same interest as you that would lead them to the same site that you suddenly found them in.
It's even more surprising when you learn that they've been at that site for a much longer time and they are a part of a group of users that pretty much all new users cannot be a part of.
It's a small world.

FINALLY gotten around to rewriting my IRC bot to use IronPython scripts instead of programming the functions directly into the bot and having to reboot it every time I do a minor change. I've already gotten a lot of the original functionality extracted to scripts!
