Played some Warframe last night and I swear that Digital Extremes optimized their Evolution Engine even further. Before the major update I get below 30fps in 1920x1080 (no fancy effects such as local reflections and bloom), and after with some effects enabled it's close to 60fps at the same resolution.

Playing around with WL1 and boom-plus.lua, taking heavy cues from Xkeeper's corruption videos again.

I got all sorts of things, a wierd autoscrolling mode which is never used in the game, activating the actual autoscrolling mode, many crashes made worse by VBA closing the ROM after a crash, and the glitch moves which crash the game. Also, random blocks everywhere.

This should tell everything.

Interesting little freeware (I can't really call it "indie" because it vastly predates the indie game development movement thing) game called Seiklus. Fun adventure game that basically paved the way for Knytt Stories and the like.

Corrupting stuff with a slighlty modified version of boom-plus-dx.lua to run on SNES9x-rr. Games crashing are fun.

Flappy Bird. I finally managed to score 39 on that game and get a gold medal. I'm guessing 40 and beyond is platinum?

After a year and a half of not doing it, I finally finished a 100% speedrun of Super Metroid. Game time of 1:36, 4 minutes slower than my PB. But, after a year and a half, and playing while teaching myself some new strats, I don't think it's that terrible a time. Some more practice and some general room optimisation, and I should be hitting 1:1x soon. Also, Wrecked Ship sucks.

Been playing a lot of Kerbal Space Program and a bunch of Resident Evil: Revelations raid mode with my best friend. Both are quite fun :3 Might have a KSP Career Mode race with her, first to bring back a soil sample from one of the moons~

Hmm... I'm not playing anything big at the moment. For the past week I was playing Coin Rush in NSMB2. I realized I had some old street pass data from someone who got a little more than 13000 coins in the Mushroom Pack. It took a lot of tries but I was able to beat that record. I actually love Coin Rush. It feels refreshing for a Mario platformer and it might be the only reason I like the game. I didn't really enjoy NSMB or NSMBW. Its not that they were bad games but they just felt like rehashes of older Mario platformers I have already played.

The only game I have in the backlog at the moment is Rune Factory 4. I would like to get back to it but time always seems to escape me. Even more so now since I am about to get a lot busier. I'll get back to it at some point but who knows when that will be. Oh well.

Unreal Tournament 99 and 2004. I still maintain UT99 is the greatest.

Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (free for a limited time with a 3DS-Linked Nintendo ID). I recommend it for the extra modes.

The Last of Us!

It's been sitting around in my PS3 forever, figured I'd finally get around to playing it.

Slowly trundling through FF5 Advanced after having not messed about with it in like an age and a half.

Honestly have just been feeling kinda really lethargic about messing with games lately so it's like... welp.

South Park: The Stick of Truth. All I can say is it's one hell of a game.
My backlog of games I need to finish continues to grow, I've had Antichamber for a while now, yet I haven't even opened it once.

Finished the Last of Us (fucking good game.) now I'm on to finishing off Arkham Origins!
Started it up again and within five minutes I had trapped myself in a wall and I had to quit and restart. Couple hours later I went through a door into an unfinished room with invisible enemies and collision. Fantastic! Thankfully I'm in the final area of the game.

I'm still super busy. I can only play games that are simple to pick up and put back down. Currently I am trying to beat SMB2 (Japan) as legitly as I possibly can. I think I have only ever beaten the game once on SMBD for the GBC but, holy shit, I must have been so much more patience as a child. All I ever do is die and it makes me want to chuck my 3DS against a wall.

The other game I'm playing is Bit Trip Runner. Its a rhythm/platformer game. The controls are simple enough and the levels have a good amount of challenge.

I beat Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy a couple of nights ago. It's probably the greatest to a conclusion to a series that I have ever experienced, and can't recommend picking it up enough!
