I didn't like my old layout and it was too bright, so I made a new one.
It's easier on the eyes, took me from #19 to #84 on sigsize.php (due to external CSS) and also now styles quotes. What do you think?

Unfortunately though there's no way to make it display properly on IE7
This current layout hides the first hr by hiding all hrs in the blockquote and then showing the one after the font tag using the + selector. IE7 doesn't seem to support it.

Looks good to me.

I am guessing with "collapse/expand" they are talking about whether your layout will expand to accommodate large amounts of text, without running over into other people's layouts/posts.

It looks to me like it should do, but I haven't looked at the code.
