College starts today! I'm excited and nervous. It's kind of surreal. I need to start getting ready since my class is in a few hours. Gotta make a good first impression for my Astronomy class. Then I'm chilling in downtown Seattle, I guess.
I'm honestly not sure what to be expecting. How do people prepare for college classes? Do I need, like, a pencil? Am I over-dressing if I show up in a blazer? It'll be cool because I'm dressing it down with skinny jeans and a flannel shirt, right? Does it, like, matter? Do I need my laptop? Is it cool if I just bring my purse? Maybe I need a messenger bag so I can carry my purse contents to school as well as my school contents. Man, I should start getting ready so I can get my textbooks and shit. I forgot to paint my nails like I told myself I would and now I'm worried I won't have enough time for them to dry. Should I put on bright red lip gloss to neutralize the dark colors of my wardrobe or would I look too fancy? I hope my professor isn't an asshole. Astronomy is cool but I want it to be tomorrow so I can start learning ukulele. I wonder if I should bake cookies so I'll have a snack if I get hungry during class. Is it a faux pas to munch on cookies during a lecture? Do I need my laptop? Seriously, man, I got this laptop for school and now I'm wondering if I really need it. | Man, I didn't have enough free time in these days...
And in what remained of my free time I was trying to experiment with an "old" standalone. I could install Win1.03/2.03/3.0/3.11/95 without problems and coexisting. Then I messed up multiple times by installing 98. I don't want to remember how many times I had to run freaking scandisk, like every time I shut down some invalid directories/files and all sorts of other problems appeared on the C: Drive. (BTW 98 was installed on E:\WIN98) Let's not get over what happened after restoring Win95... |
