Right, so I had this idea. Basically, a large image, divided into cells, and a bunch of people work on it at the same time, drawing stuff in the cells. The cells are 16x16, so I'd have to say modifications *must* be handmade pixelart, so no stupid find-a-jpg-on-google-and-shrink-ittery, ok?

So here's the start of the image, and I've already filled in two cells.


Kinda thought it'd be a video game shot or something, dunno, anything could happen.

I suppose you don't have to limit yourself to just one cell, draw in as many as you want. If there's a cell you want to improve on, feel free to.

So, uhh, yeah, let's see how this turns out.

This is why variable-width fonts rock. No wasted space. Although I guess back in the days of games like this, one this small would be unreadable on your average TV...

Why are there 15x14 blocks (not counting the number/letter ones)? Wouldn't 16x16 make more sense?

Ok, I removed the letters and numbers, that was going to be for a system I decided not to use, so now there's more space.

And I repixeled the cannon so it looks less like it was ripped straight out of smb3.

I'm talking about the amount of blocks in the image, not the block size.

Now that the letters/numbers are removed, it's 16x15, which doesn't make much sense either.
