It's warmer here today then yesterday (Norwegian west coast.) It's at 7 degrees Celsius now, or 44,6 Fahrenheit.

Down here I got hit with almost a foot of snow- enough that they cancelled schools again today (though private schools cancel at the drop of a hat, so maybe it's not that impressive)

Yeah, it's been snowing for a while here. Supposed to get a lot of snow too, as Acmlm said.
(oh well, maybe people will be less likely to do their groceries, so I can actually have a smooth day at work).

So I'm not quite that far north, but we can count on plenty of cold weather and the associated precipitation.
It was high 30s today. It felt balmy. We got some snow a couple of days ago, and it's still decorating the ground around town. Looks nice + I don't have to shovel it = yay. |

I degraded to "Okay, I need a jacket" weather a few weeks ago (below freezing). I'm still wearing shorts.
Bisqwit says I'd make a great Finnish person for going out in snow in those...
(I need to buy some long pants, if only because all of my shorts seem to like ripping unexpectedly for some reason. I swear I've lost 4 pairs due to that, and there's not even any explanation or reason behind why...!(@*%)
