I'd like to -think- that I have good self-control, but I seem to be just drinking down Dr. Peppers like they're more common than water. Info: they aren't. What was it, three cans each for three days? More? Dumb regardless.
I have explicitly purchased water bottles over the point that, I thought I was simply getting cans of soda due to being more accessible than filling a bottle through the refrigerator dispenser (there's a better word for that). Nope: I just might be walking past them and further away just for the damn fructose. I've got issues, I need to stop them, and I'm talking about it in public because I'm thinking that it will somehow make me more serious in effort towards it.
Am I Wrong
Stop it with the soda, then. I used to get the same feelings of depression when I used to drink far much more way back - I stopped altogether. It's better for your body and teeth if you stop, anyway, so why not? |

Enjoying some actual time to myself for once. We're working on a major project at work, so I've been busy on a consistent basis. My grandmother recently has been getting worse. She had to have surgery and had to move into a nursing home. Never fun . Luckily she's doing better, and the last two days work slowed down a bit. Nice to be able to something relaxing for a change! (like browse the internet)
