Oh, the article says it was posted June 6th, but the link on it says June 20th. Someone derped on the article date.

EDIT: Seems the $400 one may come without the Kinect. Does that mean the next-gen can be used without needing a Kinect? Hmm... Still don't trust them after causing all the drama at E3 and their press last May.

Seems like that one's more an opinion/speculation piece rather than confirmed at all. Either way, I don't see it happening. Considering how 'integral' Kinect is to the xbone experience.

That's the thing - the 'always online' functionality was pretty integral too, according to MS.

It's been a while but...

Well the Xbone PR fallout is still happening and all's well that ends well... or something like that...

Also the DRM removal happened and people got pissed because they took away Family Sharing (which only really works with the DRM) to compensate. I don't know either.

There were a few other things between these two happenings but I forget what they were; I think one of them was a stupid Major Nelson quote though (though looking at it again it may have been before)

Oh wow, after having watched the trailer countless times, I never even considered the thought of it getting an AO rating, even with the "taboos" currently shown (child soldiers, torture, etc). Though, the only way it could truly make it to the list is by having Nudity and Sex, right? Looking at the current list, that's how it appears, at least.
Though, I doubt it'll be TOO big of a problem for me, since my dad never asks why a game is rated M when GameStop (or any place) asks for approval...
