A good example: The Virus/Dr. Mario prototypes that came out. We have one of them on the wiki already but the other two are missing, and they have a lot of neat stuff that needs documented. ____________________ |

It is cool that you found these ROMs and I can respect the fact you don't want to release the prototype ROMs. However, don't expect to learn a lot about what is different between your prototypes and the final release if you don't release them. The fact that you haven't even played the GBA Metroid games makes it even worse because you can't tell what is or isn't used without help. People here on TCRF, including myself, would definitely help you compare differences between your prototypes and the final release if you did release the ROMs. Posting random screenshots and a few videos isn't the way to find differences and, as other people have mentioned, nothing you post here can be documented on TCRF without the ROMs being released. The only other thing I will tell you is make sure you back up your ROMs a few times. You don't want to lose the ROMs if your computer or hard drive bites the dust. ____________________ "Consider this a privilege. You have been chosen." |

| Definetly not worth it. If you want us to work with you, fine, release the ROMs. If you want to wave it in our collective faces, leave, there are plenty of other places to ask for that kind of help.
You fail to understand we're a group who likes looking at the code and collecting the differences from the working data, not tilesets and tiny screenshots. You're asking us for help and, simultaneously, making it hell for us if we decide, however by the smallest chances, to. |
