This string is found near the end of one of the graphics banks in Bio-Attack. Any idea what it means?

A spanish site found this in FF8's files but from what I can make of the Googley-Translated Spanish, I don't think they found out what, if anything, it says.

I have a question about Japanese (?) text:

In the DS game New Super Mario Bros. file-names are in English but they are made up of words like Jyotyu or Chika.

How do you describe this way of writing Japanese text?

Is it possible to translate it to English properly?

That is romanized Japanese, usually called "romaji".

It is possible to translate it to English, although it tends to be more ambiguous than other written forms due to differences in spelling.

It doesn't mention anything about that image, just that it's a "curious image" that was extracted from the CDs.

You might want to take a look at the source, too, which explains it.

There are TWO sources, mind! The links aren't the same and they go to different pages.

The first source doesn't really explain much. The message is hidden within the fifth, tenth, and thirteenth character of each password, in order from chapter 1 to 5. The chapter 1 passwords are not accessible in-game, and were found through hex editing.

The second source is about messages that show up if you type in certain passwords. I might as well translate those as well.

Could you translate this:
(the dashes show that the file is a sub-file of the above, to help with the translation)

Inside km1_dorifu is two textures:

-itimatu
(which is a checkered square)

and

-yuka

(which is a sandy texture).

The checkered sqaure can't be seen in game and if the sandy texture is used it must be wrapped round something and streched to be unrecognisable. It is not the tornado object, that uses the file 'tornado' which contains one texture -different to this sandy one.

I have a feeling these are leftover textures from Super Mario 64 DS (used in there for the ground or something).

Could you also translate these please:
menbo (context = bomb_menbo, I think its the skeeter (water skating insect that shoots bombs))
bombhei (some sort of robot, bomb , chain chomp or block?)
donketu (some sort of koopa or laquti type creature?)
gamaguchi (some sort of robot, bomb , chain chomp or block?)
gasagoso (some sort of robot, bomb , chain chomp or block?)
hojiro (some sort of fish?)
tekkyu (some sort of robot, bomb , chain chomp or block?)
wakaba (a red/yellow dot or eye)
kabochan (lightning stuff and might be laquti textures?)
totte (inside file called m_hole, contains some sort of hole?)
met (some sort of koopa or laquti type creature?, also has met_body and met_shell)
noko (red koopa shell)
paipo (red thing, creature?, fish?)
puyo (wobbly brick block platform - full name: puyo_lift (lift means platform - as in moving platform))
rc_buranko (container of below with dashes ( - ) )
-obj_tetu (yellow metal block like with 4 screws around the edge)
-obj_tubu (silver metal block with two big diagonal screws)
-obj_yane (blue stone wall)

There used to be a machine themed world (world 6 - which has the tank boss, in the final, and is sort of slightly metal themed).
