All I have to say is that a really good sporting event, part of one of the greatest days of the year for the city of Boston, was ruined by two explosions.

I'm really upset, but I wasn't affected. Thoughts are definitely with those who were, and their families.

This shouldn't have happened.

I really hope that this was the work of some insane nutjob from that area instead of from organized international terrorists or, God forbid, North Korea.

I mean, I'm saying this because NKorea's been more unhinged than usual, and I just worry that they're attempting to provoke a response from us that wouls work in their favor, whatever that may be.

But nothing has been reported on who did it just yet. But there have been photos of a man on a roof near the explosions casually walking away and a black hoodied man being denied entrance somewhere nearby five minutes before the bombings, and returnign five minutes after the explosions. So it could have been some insane nutjob, but again, nothing is really known yet.

Very disconcerting news, in any case.
