Played Devil May Cry, part of the HD Collection.

Had a bit of a loss of touch in my first playthrough since I became a bat out of hell on Dante Must Die mode in 2003. Hopefully once I do get to DMD on the first, I'll be back in the saddle and prepare for Dante's Awakening.

Don't Starve (PC).

I got it in trade since I really liked Klei Entertainment's previous games (except for Shank 2, hope they get their heads straight and MAKE THE CONTROLS NOT SUCK) and I finally sat down and played it for longer than ten minutes. It's good and simple but the game can be very unfair when... well, you can starve pretty easily.

I'm hoping the final version will be much less harsh on me.

Been playing a lot of Warframe lately, sometimes at the expense of schoolwork/creative endeavors. Curse you, glowy space ninjas. The melee and acrobatic mechanics are far from polished, but it's fun bouncing/sliding/cutting one's way through a level.

For those interested, it's Free to Play and got added to Steam just today. :B

I've been playing a lot of Tales of Graces f with my brothers lately. We just got finished defeating Emeraude, nearing the end of the game. Note that we are currently on our first playthough but playing on Chaos difficulty, making everything as hard as possible for the fun of it. I've been playing by myself as well, mostly getting as many titles for everyone as possible, as well as doing a lot of side things like increasing the Eleth Mixer's stats and filling up the Library.

I am also playing Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. I just finished the second mansion with everything and will start on the next one soon. The controls were a little weird to get used to, since you cannot change the direction Luigi is facing without having to let go of the vacuum, the Strobulb, or the Darklight buttons when you want to. Sure, there is some direction change while using them, but sometimes it's not enough. I've gotten used to it though, so there's no real problems.

Now I just need to finish these games before Tuesday since I will no longer have them after that time.

Playing Minecraft for XBLA. Got an awesome map i did for TU10 which (the seed) is Paradise. It starts off with a huge cave system that goes from ground level all the way down to the bedrock and there are tonnes of materials so far. Very near the bottom there is a mineshaft completely filled with spider spawners though. I've found 6 so far and they are still attacking me. And i cant find my way back.

I actually just finished beating the Main Story in Ni No Kuni.

So now I guess I'll be working on yet another platinum trophy. Don't know if I'll get it or not, especially if I have to beat the S rank in the Solloseum Series.

At any rate, I don't have any new games after... so I guess I'll be replaying something

I've been slowly and steadily making my way through Starship Defense, that little space-themed tower defense game in the 3DS eShop. I'm up to Mission 16, and have 15 Perfects, 14 medals.

A few games, actually.

Final Fantasy IX: Bought it a while ago while it was on sale for $5, and played through it in a few weeks. Decided to start yet another new game in it. Such a fun game, and probably my favorite Final Fantasy game ever.

Euro Truck Simulator 2: Strangely, this is kind of fun. Monotonous since all you do is drive a truck, but relaxing and enjoyable. Listening to online radio stations while driving is also nice.

Sword Girls: Online card game, mostly been playing with my girlfriend. Plenty of strategy involved, but you have to get a pretty good selection of cards to start with before you get some really intense battles.

I have to ask, why is it your favorite? (and also, which is your least favorite?)

When I played through IX, I absolutely hated it. It felt like a slap in the face and a waste of 10 bucks when I played through it. Well, a relative waste. It's better paying 10 bucks for it than paying 60 for a new game that sucks... but you know what I mean.

It doesn't help it followed VIII, which happened to be my favorite Final Fantasy so far.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time.

A friend of mine runs a music-and-gaming themed show every month in a bar south of downtown and he really likes having me and a friend of mine play through video games in front of a crowd while a live band jams over the soundtrack. It’s a pretty neat event and I’ve been participating in it since its inception in January except I have to like practice so as to not embarrass myself in front of everyone.

I actually just woke up from a dream where I bought Turtles in Time and then played the sewerr theme on an air guitar, coincidence? I think not!

I haven't really played all that much lately, tried out some silly Kairosoft games on my androi, Game Dev Story and the like. But I also found Papers, Please. Which is a pretty cool and interesting game where you are tasked with being an immigration inspector who is gonna prevent disgusting Kolechian scum from entering your glorious state of Arstotzka.

Blazing through Back to the Future: The Game (Telltale). This game is -amazingly fun-. The writers really knew their stuff. I'm currently in the middle of Episode 4 so I should be done by next week.

Sped through the second area of Sonic Generations simply so I could hear the music from Rooftop Run.

But why did they allow Crisis City to be in there? They could've retconned Sonic '06... Also, high pass filters suck. I want to hear Rooftop Run, not some tinny, filtered version every time I boost.

One, screw you I like Crisis City Act 2 (Act 1 can just fuck off though).

Two, as I understand it the ending of Sonic 06 pretty much did retcon Sonic 06.

And yeah, i got tired of the filtering too. I ended up changing every single Act 2 music except Chemical Plant.

It's not the fact that it's Crisis City specifically; it plays better than it looks in Sonic '06. It's just the fact that it's Sonic '06. And yeah, it did retcon itself in the most awful story written...

Well, let's say they do cut Crisis City. What's the third game they could use for the Modern Era? Pick one that doesn't suck.

Would've been better if they simply took one level from every single console non-spinoff game (including Sonic 3, because fuckdammit I want Modern Hydrocity), really, but within the structure they chose, it's kind of hard to fill the gap.
