I was dissecting gamcube isos and I stumbled on to files with the the formats: .chd tsb. and .dpk,
I know these formats are sound but I've never seen them before anyone got an idea of how to play/convert them?

You can try googling for the extensions. If it gives no results, your only way will be to revese-engineer the formats and make a player for them.

Or if all you're interested in is the sound, you can try searching Youtube.

You'll need programming and reverse-engineering knowledge. If you don't have it and aren't willing to learn it, you should look into the other solutions I posted about.
