Well, if it does talk you'd better follow Zero One's advice. It'll show you the way.

2.) Wait an hour.
3.) Set mop on fire.
4.) ???
5.) Profit!

Let's think about why this doesn't exist for a moment.

The electricity couldn't possibly react to the water negatively! I don't know what you mean about all these electrocuted people, it's perfectly safe!

Safety is an inherent property of mops, inseparable from the essential nature of the mop.

1. wet mop wets area covered in crap
2. mop + soap + crap mixes into a crappy soapy watery solution
3. sponge mode of mop soaks up crappy solution
4. crappy solution is deposited into crappy solution bucket
5. repeat ad nauseam (remember to mop in a well ventilated room to prevent nausea and other side effects)

I remember being amused watching one scrub the walls and try to climb out of the pool.

Of course my joke is that the electricity and water is still dangerous--they just managed to put enough insulation to make it not a problem MOST of the time. :p

Pfft, insulation. What I want are truly submergible electronics.

I'd guess insulation built into the boards and connectrions themselves could do a decent job in the meantime until a better method of conducting electricity than water that electricity will even not leave it or some other physical process is found that allows transfering energy better are discovered in an uncertain future.

You know, quantum dot technology and fibre optics are perfectly capable of minimizing the electrical contact zones greatly.. While increasing the response times and safety of a piece of hardware..

Too bad they're not particularly well-practiced.
