I have no problem with most YouTube changes. Usually it's only minor things which I'd like to be solved, for instance if the subscriber page always shows uploads AND anything else by people you subbed to. That is no problem, either by tweaking the bookmark or just chaning something client-side (if possible).

For the recent change, my only gripe is, how the video page is now left-aligned instead of centered. While a lot of space is unused in widescreens anyway, I am just used to get the most useful information in the middle.

Just installed a user script for Greasemonkey to 'fix' that. Problem solved

What makes that even more puzzling is that YouTube's video's can support monitors larger then 1080p yet the browser page the video's on is stuck on this ridiculous resolution. It wasn't even that pronounced before they removed centering on their pages.

It's... just ugly. I mean, if this was 2009 I'd say that it looked decent. Problem is that we're almost in 2013 and it seems like some intern got a hold of the design code and blackmailed someone with pictures in order to get this up.

It's really not a big deal. If it somehow is for you, by all means, don't use the site.

Let's go with #5, "to kill or slaughter inhumanly or barbarously". But now we hinge on "kill":

verb (used with object)
2. to destroy; do away with; extinguish: His response killed our hopes.
3. to destroy or neutralize the active qualities of: to kill an odor.

I would say either of those can be used with inhuman objects, so literally murdering a Wii could be taken to mean simply barbarically beating the ever loving shit of it until destroyed (among other possibilities). It is, therefore, indeed possible to literally murder a Wii.

(Though he used it improperly regardless. You simply picked the wrong bone.)

(the YouTube update still sucks)

I'll be honest. I actually like the new format when watching videos through a playlist. It's no longer some ugly grey thing at the bottom of your screen.

The rest of the update just sucks.

Actually, I'm going to agree with this. The playlists are an improvement. You have no idea how much I hated that bar that liked to open and close itself and change autoplay settings, now they are actually... pretty good. Or at least enough that I am using playlists instead of avoiding them.

(Also I've had to bookmark the subcriptions page now because I got sick of the front page being all about telling me what to watch.)
