Same error here?

Edit: Found the error. User Stupidity. Might want to make it a lot clearer that the password form does not need to be filled in. Also most forms don't let you have multiple accounts. I deleted my Username from the username field because I didn't want to have to login again. bad move on my part, but given the form seems to only be for logging in as someone else, I did so. I do not have a second account.
