I was supposed to have a Maths test today, covering the entirety of what we've done so far. Of course, with my terrible sleep patterns, I've been too exhausted to properly revise for them.

Buuut, our class is tiny and, as a result, we're an entire week ahead! We get to spend this week revising, THEN do the test on Friday

Hopefully, my grades will level out. As they are right now, they'd make a pretty exciting roller-coaster. Going from U's to A's then back down to U's is not amusing.

This means Thanksgiving is coming up.

Finished Final Fantasy 8, and goddamn.

That was probably the best Final Fantasy game I've ever played. (I've still yet to play 9 though... so let's wait before we call it that.)

No seriously. I think it's a shame that most people seem to associate Final Fantasy with 7. They should really be focusing more on 8. This is what Final Fantasy should be.

I'm probably off base here... but how proficient are you at it? You may be just trying a little harder with it, whereas with English you probably just feel comfortable enough to not really care. (at least, I'd imagine this may be the case with me in such a situation - only other language I know much of is Spanish and that uses largely the same alphabet)

My mom officially doesn't give a shit about me

Thanksgiving is completely ruined and my mother's ex boyfriend gave away the dog we've had since I was younger to a shelter. And when my mom went to go and get her back, she'd already been adopted, and can't be gotten back!

Fantastic. As you can see, I'm overly thrilled at how life is lately. And no, I am not on some form of narcotic drug.

Well at least there's a bright side... old friend of mine and I reconnected. Like she was my best friend when I was in middle school. Hope to get to hang out with her again soon, kind of like old times. Except the definition of hanging out has changed a little over time.
